What is ZKward?
ZKward is an autonomous crypto vault. You deposit USDC. Six AI agents read prediction markets, funding rates, and price momentum, then trade across BTC, ETH, and SUI. Balances, shares and fees are recorded on-chain.
Is ZKward a hedge fund?
No. A hedge fund is a regulated legal structure. ZKward is an on-chain vault: non-custodial, permissionless, no accreditation, on-chain fee accounting. Similar directional plays, with public on-chain records instead of quarterly letters.
How much can I deposit?
$10,000 total, capped by the Move contract during the operational-proof phase. Enforced on-chain — nobody, including us, can raise it without a governance action. The cap lifts step by step after each stage survives a real drawdown test.
Where are my funds held?
In a SUI Move object controlled by the pool contract. Non-custodial — your keys stay with you. Withdrawals are permissionless and available anytime.
What is a STARK proof, and does ZKward use one today?
A STARK proof lets anyone check a computation without seeing its private inputs. ZKward has an experimental prover, but today no trade carries a proof and nothing is verified on-chain. Our own review in October 2026 found the prover does not yet prove that a trade followed the vault rules. Until it is fixed and independently reviewed, rely on the on-chain records.
What chains does ZKward run on?
SUI mainnet is the lead chain (live pool at package 0x107292…7b726). Reference deployments exist on Hedera Testnet and Solana devnet. Portability is proven; production expands where demand justifies it.
What are the fees?
50 basis points annual management and 10% performance on realised profits. Fees are routed through a MSafe multisig-held FeeManagerCap, distinct from the operational AdminCap. The fee path cannot be seized by an admin key compromise.
Why is the paper trader losing money right now?
Public transparency. We run paper traders against real signals and publish every trade — wins and losses. So far the signals have not shown a measurable edge after trading costs, so the books sit slightly below break-even. The running record is on the paper page. If we hid the losses, the wins wouldn't mean anything.
How do I know the AI is not just making it up?
You can check what it did, not why. Every deposit, withdrawal and transfer out of the pool is an on-chain transaction, and every signal source is scored in public against the price that followed. Trades also pass fixed limits: a 5-second cooldown, a 30-bps slippage ceiling and a leverage cap. There is no cryptographic proof of each decision today.
Is ZKward safe against quantum computers?
It does not depend on a proof system today. Funds are held by the SUI contract and moved by standard SUI signatures, like any other SUI application. The experimental STARK prover uses hash functions only, but nothing relies on it yet.
Can I withdraw at any time?
Yes. Withdrawal is permissionless. You sign a transaction, the contract calculates your share of the pool NAV, funds return to your wallet. There is no lockup, no notice period, no manager approval.
